Great Dane’s Product Training Module: The PTM is designed to introduce and onboard all new employees of all levels from Janitors and support staff to Managers. It is designed to deliver information about competitors in the market, wayfinding, HR, directories, personnel, employee and manager training modules, Org charts, and detailed information about products, services and subclasses of information regarding the products and services offered by Great Dane.

PROBLEM
There are some job roles and positions that see a lot of turnover every year at Great Dane. Roles from a factory/service technician to administrative level staff and managers. The work-hours spent in training and onboarding the employees has been increasing exponentially. Great Dane has been growing in ranks steadily growing, expanding the number of facilities and foraying into service and digital products beyond manufacturing and repair of trailers. The breadth of knowledge that every new employee and current employees needed to absorb with increasing frequency to stay abreast with the current direction of the company required a solution that did the following things:

Needed to offer a self-serve solution for current employees to learn about current and new technlogies and projects on-demand
- A solution to train incoming employees without expending work hours of supervisors, or colleagues in training the new-hires
- Organized Information so that prescribed sets of information can be assigned for review for various information needs of the different job roles at Gread Dane
- Make it simple to follow and hard to miss vital information

Thinking through user flows and iterating on wireframes
Design of Individual Modules
Clickthrough Prototypes
Each user has a designated path through the modules based on the requirements of the job role and the requirements set by the supervisor
